RETURNS/REFUND POLICY: We want you to be happy with your purchase and confident when shopping with RockCandyBeadsLLC.com. Returns are accepted. Please contact us within 5 days upon receipt of your item to arrange for a return. Please return the item promptly in it's original condition (not unstrung or cut). You have your choice of money back, an exchange or a credit towards a future purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.

SHIPPING METHODS: We use the United States Postal Service for both domestic and international shipments. Domestic shipments within the United States: first class, priority mail and express domestic. All domestic shipments will have a tracking number. All international shipments are sent out via USPS first class airmail. There is no tracking on first class international airmail, so if you want tracking then you will need to email us at support@rockcandybeadsllc.com and we will invoice you separately for International Express Mail at the cost of $25.00. Your tracking number will then be emailed to you.

PAYMENT: We accept paypal, credit cards direct and money orders. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
